The global demographic shift towards aging populations has prompted the need for comprehensive research on its economic consequences. Recognizing the paramount importance of this topic, the Center for Economic and Political Research on Aging (CEPRA) and the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) are pleased to announce their third US-European workshop on Ageing and Health.
The workshop will take place at Università della Svizzera italiana (USI) in Lugano on June 19-20, 2023 and is organized by Fabrizio Mazzonna (USI), Kathleen McGarry (UCLA and NBER), Kosali Simon (Indiana University and NBER), and Jonathan Skinner (Dartmouth college and NBER).
This event aims to foster networking opportunities for both young and senior scientists, enabling them to exchange research ideas and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in this critical field.
The workshop will be held in person.
